Pokopia’s Seashell Fencing is a unique building item that you will need to get as you advance through the Bubbly Basin DLC. This cannot be found on the map because you first need to unlock the crafting recipe for it and obtain the Shiny Pearl material. In this guide, we’ll show you how to unlock the Seashell Fencing recipe, craft it, and get a Shiny Pearl so you can complete the Ocean Temple construction.
How to Get the Seashell Fencing

Once you have reached Environment Level 3 in Bubbly Basin, go to the Pokémon Centre and look around in the shop. You can find the recipe for Seashell Fencing there. However, once you buy the recipe with 500 Life Coins, you will only need 1 Shiny Pearl and 1 Star-spotted Rock to create it. The great thing about the Seashell Fencing is that once you craft it, you get 10 pieces.
To use Seashell Fencing, visit the Ocean Temple building site and interact with it. Afterwards, just place 10 pieces of Seashell Fencing into the required materials.
How to Get a Shiny Pearl

In order to have a Shiny Pearl, you should have either Shellder or Cloyster; the Pokémons can help clean the Grubby Pearls and make them a Shiny Pearl. First, look around the beach area adjacent to the main square. There will be lots of Grubby Pearls lying on the floor.
After that, you will have to make a Shellder habitat. Purchase the Sand Toys decoration from the store, which is available approximately at Environment Level 2. Put the Sand Toys close to the sand hills to make the habitat for Shellder. Then call Shellder to come to the place and talk to it. Give it the Grubby Pearls and let it clean them. In a little while, Shellder will turn them into a Shiny Pearl.
How to Get the Star-spotted Rock
You can find Star-spotted Rock by breaking the red, blue, and grey blocks with little star patterns on them. Just head to the mining area north of the entrance square and start smashing these blocks. The best part is that you don’t need to upgrade your Rock Smash ability; they can be broken right from the start.
