There are two ways to get Peppercorn. The easiest way is to visit a vendor called Lacey in Red Sand’s Blackfell area (4017, -1749). You can either purchase peppercorn seeds or peppercorn itself. Peppercorn will cost you 50 Energy Links, and you can purchase 3 of them per day. Peppercorn Seeds will cost 1000 Energy Links, and you can purchase 3 per week. You can take the seeds and plant them in Loamy Soil at your planter to grow peppercorn 

Sometimes you can find peppercorn seeds while scavenging. If visiting the Red Sands region is out of your league, you can try your lucky searching supply crates. You can find a few peppercorn seeds in storage units, especially in a Boathouse at 6004, -7432. You can also check other supply crates that you come across for a random chance of getting peppercorn or peppercorn seeds. This item is used in cooking Fish and Chips as well as Securement Soup, which can help you in weight gain or loss
