The only way you can obtain Draculin blood type is by killing and drinking the blood of the vampiric cult enemies found around the new Ruins of Mortium. These vampiric enemies are bound by the Legion of Noctum, and you have to defeat them and drink their blood to attain Draculin blood type. Unlike other enemies who can be imprisoned and farmed for their blood, vampiric enemies cannot be contained. The only way you can get their blood is to kill them and drink it right then and there.
