The way it works is you first need to level up your character to 50 and then get everything that the level 50 Bloodweb has to offer. Once you do that, you will have a single node and you need to do this eight times for each of the characters to get the bloody clothes set.
How to Get Bloody Clothes for Survivors in Dead by Daylight
The unlocking process of the bloody clothes for both killers and survivors is the same. So, you need to prestige the character to level 6 to get the torso, you get the body at level 7, and finally, level 8 unlocks the head or mask. The leveling-up process is exactly the same for survivors as the killers.
Once the items are unlocked, you can find them in the cosmetics menu for each of the characters that you have unlocked the item for.
