You can craft the Dark Silver Reaper after you have unlocked the base reaper blueprint, which is the Iron Reaper. You can get the Iron Reaper after you defeat Kriig the Undead General. Kriig is a level 44 boss, and you can find him in the Haunted Iron Mine area in Farbane Woods. After that, you have to gather 16x Iron Ingot and 12x Planks in the Smithy to craft it. Once you have that, you also need to craft the Merciless Iron Reaper before you can ultimately get the Dark Silver Reaper blueprint.
