You can find Blood Rose Seeds in various places in the overworld. The Gleaming Meadows is one such place where you can acquire Blood Rose Seeds after cultivating Blood Roses. Besides that, you can even get these seeds from the Giant Rat, and you can bump into these creatures in the Cursed Forest. Later on, you can even farm Giant Rats by using the Vermin Nest.
Another way you can get Blood Rose Seeds is by defeating Treant creatures. These enemies look like trees but will attack you if you get close. You can find Treants around the forest areas in the overworld. Lastly, you can purchase seeds from Gavyn the Shady Dealer, and you can find the shop in souh Farbane Woods. It will cost 15 Silver Coins to purchase the Blood Rose Seeds from the vendor.
