Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have been running for almost one month, and players are still looking for various items, TMs, and Pokemon to explore the entire game. TMs are nothing new in these games; they have been present in the Pokemon Series for a long time, and Avalanche TM is one of the many TMs introduced in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. This guide will help players know how to get Avalanche TM in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
Avalanche TM Location in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet- Where to Find?
TM or Technical Machines are one of the previously introduced features that became massively popular, so the developers have brought it back to Scarlet and Violet. TMs are craftable abilities that players need to unlock first and then craft using TM Machines and use during Tera Raid battles or Ranked Battles.
Avalanche TM is an Ice-type move that comes with 100 Accuracy and 60 Power. However, the most attractive part that has made the TM a nightmare is the Doubling Damage feature, where the damage gets doubled if the target is hit and damaged in the same turn. However, without this additional part, this TM is not powerful.
If you are looking for Avalanche TM in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, we have marked a location on the map below-
Go to East Province (Area Three), and from the Pokemon Center, make your way toward the Tagtree Thicket. Progress through the jungle until you reach a small river with a bridge on it. Cross the bridge, and on the other side, you’ll see a white camp and some NPCs standing outside. You’ll get the bright yellow ball near the mountain. Check the below image, and you’ll understand how the area looks-
Alternatively, you can visit West Province (Area Three) and go to Dalizapa Passage. Head east, and you’ll find the Avalanche TM on a rock on your right side.
These are the ways to get Avalanche TM, but you can’t craft the move without ingredients. So, collect the following items to craft the TM-
- 3 Bergmite Ice
- 3 Snorunt Fur
- 1500 League Points.
These items will be found from respective Pokemon, and once you get these items and have enough LP, go to any Pokemon Center and interact with the TM Machine to craft Avalanche TM.
That’s all you need to do to get Avalanche TM in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
