As mentioned earlier, getting your hands on the new skin is incredibly simple. You either have to pre-own Volibear or purchase it during the current patch 10.11 to have access to the new free Thousand-Pierced Volibear skin. If you haven’t purchased Volibear, it’s essential you do it in the slim window from May 28 to June 10 after which the giveaway stops and you would have to purchase the skin like any other. Post June 10, the Thousand-Pierced Volibear skin will become a purchasable skin for 975 RP.
You can add the skin to your collection by either purchasing it from the store or crafting in Hextech loot. In the shop, you can get the skin for 4800 Blue Essence (BE). However, if you have the Volibear champion shard, you can craft him at a discount at 2880 BE. Blue Essence is required nonetheless, so if you do not own sufficient BE, you should play the current event to win some and get your hand on the new free skin.
How to Unlock the Free Volibear Skin
The skin is available in the latest patch, so if you have not logged-into the game, do so and update the latest patch 10.11. You have until 10 June perform the update and get the free skin.
