You can start at the Statue of the Seven at Windrise, near Mondstadt City for some Anemo Crystal Cores. There are about half a dozen here.

Dawn Winery

Continue to Dawn Winery, where you will get more at the Statue of the Seven east of the location. When you teleport here, they will be around you, so be quick. Make your way west to collect the reason.
