To find the Tsutsu-um Shrine (-1423, -1349, 0068), head over to the south of Outskirts Stable and get up the hill. The shrine overlooks the stable, so it’s not too difficult to spot.
Tsutsu-um Shrine Puzzle Solution in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
- Pick up the board that is on the floor on your left and attach it to the rod on the moving pillar
- Wait for the board to come to your eye level, then hop on it
- Jump across to the platform on the further left side. You will notice a draft of wind in one corner of the platform
- Hop on the draft and glide to the pillar on the left side where you can spot the chest
- Unlock the chest to get 5 arrows
- Now jump down and take the draft of the wind again. This time glide to the right platform
- You need to grab the ball falling from the rafter.
- To do that, you can either quickly grab onto the ball and drag it towards you, or stop the rotating wheel by moving a stake under the plank.
- You have to move the stake near the ball’s entry ramp to make it fall down onto the wheel
- Be sure to place another plank at the end of the wheel’s board so the ball won’t fall off
- Pick up the ball and place it on the curved rail on the right side
- Place a stake on the circular wheel to push the ball toward the pit
- Wait for the ball to fall into the middle pit, then go back to the platform where the draft of wind is
- You can now glide toward the exit
