The Orochium Shrine (-1641, 2645, 0239) is quite easy to spot. You have to head north from Snowfield Stable, Hebra Mountains. You can easily spot it during your travels. Below is how you can solve the Orochium Shrine puzzle in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

  • Inside the shrine, head to the left side and go all the way up the left path
  • You will eventually find a pillar above you where you can ascend
  • Go up then climb up the ladder on your left
  • There is a small crawl space where you can crouch and go through
  • Go to your right and jump all the way down
  • Go around to the far left side to get the first chest containing 5 arrows
  • Head up the stairs and grab the door to open it
  • Touch the laser to get down to the lower floor
  • Get past the moving lasers and ascend when you reach the end
  • You will find the second chest containing a key here
  • Use Ascend again, then go down the stairs behind you
  • There is a ball trapped in a cage ahead. You have to use the key on the gate to get the ball
  • Pick up the ball, go up the stairs, and go to the left side. There will be a moving platform
  • When the platform reaches your stop, hop on it
  • Once you are up, take the flight of stairs, then place the ball into the pit on the floor
  • Drag the flying device once the gates are open and place it on the runway ahead
  • Pick up the ball from the pit and place it in the slot on the flying device
  • Hit the fan for takeoff
  • After landing, pick up the ball and place it into the pit on the left side
  • You have now reached the exit
