Cleaning up is essentially about clearing the evil flowers in the game which have been added in the Sumeru update. You will need to get to the Dendrogana plant in order to get a buff. You can get it by activating it every time you run out of the boost. With the help of this boost, you will be able to activate the Red Flowers around the Village area.
Using the Dendrograna plant, you will be able to hit the Red Flowers and begin the quest Clean Up The Withering Zone. All you need to do is hit all three Red Flowers with an attack that is fully charged with the help of the plant. Once you have done so, another flower will spawn.
This flower is bigger than the previous ones, but it’s easy to take out. It’s the Tumor of Withering that you need to destroy. You can do so by walking up to it and selecting the option. This is the final act that will clean up the Withering Zone completely.
