To get the About Death sticker, you need to find an NPC called Jay. You can find him in Golden Hour’s Clock Diner. This establishment can be located in F2, at the eastern section of the map. Once you make your way here, you will find a waiter called Jay standing outside the restaurant. Go up to him and encourage the (amateur) stand-up comedian Jay. All you have to do is select the option ‘You’ve got some natural comedic talent!’ when it appears in the dialog list. If it doesn’t appear, try to fine tune his clockwork and make him Happy. You will require Happy Gear to do this. Once you do that, interact with him again and you will get the above option. Select it to get the About Death sticker
