Gunpowder is one of the most important items that is useful for players who wish to use any form of gun, such as blunderbusses and pistols. When you first play the game, locating or crafting gunpowder may become a little difficult, but as the game progresses, you’ll eventually be able to craft it. You’ll mostly get it from pirate camps at first, but later on, you can unlock a way to craft it yourself. In this guide, we will tell you how to get gunpowder, unlock the crafting method, and use it in combat.
How to Get Gunpowder

If you’re looking to get gunpowder in Wind Bros, the best place to farm it is at pirate camps. These camps are scattered across the map, and every time you defeat enemies there, you have a chance to get gunpowder. You can also find some inside chests located around these camps, so make sure to check every corner before leaving.
How to Unlock Gunpowder

To start crafting Gunpowder, you first need to unlock the Millstones workstation. You can do this by picking up Corn from any island. Go towards the Foothills region to find the corn as it is a guaranteed spawn point. As soon as you have Corn in your inventory, the recipe for Millstone Parts will unlock at your Workbench. Crafting these parts will cost you 15 Stone.

Once you have the Millstone Parts ready, switch to Build Mode and place the Millstones. To build it, you’ll need 1 Millstone Parts and 15 Wood. After setting this up, you’ll be able to move forward with crafting Gunpowder.
How to Craft Gunpowder

Once you’ve built and set up the Millstones, you can start crafting Gunpowder. To make it, you’ll need two materials: 25 Ash and 25 Sulfur. You can get Ash as a byproduct when you make Charcoal in the Charcoal Kiln. Sulfur, on the other hand, can be found in the world by looking for resource nodes that randomly appear in coastal jungle areas. Just gather both materials, bring them to your Millstones, and you’ll be ready to craft Gunpowder.
How to Use Gunpowder

Gunpowder is used together with bullets to fire ranged weapons like Pistols and Blunderbusses. You’ll need both of them ready if you want to use guns. Once you pick up Gunpowder, it gets automatically equipped in your inventory in the ammo slot next to your bullets, so you don’t have to set it manually. To make things easier during fights, you can also turn on the auto-refill option. This helps you reload your weapon more smoothly without having to worry about it in the middle of combat.
