Getting this achievement might look confusing, but it is pretty doable and you can get one step closer to completing all the Challenger Series IX achievements. To complete this achievement, you need to first find the Hydro Tulpa, which isn’t hard to do since it is a World Boss. You can find this boss in Beryl Region, Fontaine, just northwest of Elynas. If you haven’t located this boss yet, you have to swim a bit east of the boss location, towards Chemin de L’Espoir. You will find the cave entrance while swimming underwater. Now that you are in the boss’s lair, you have to complete the above description to get the achievement.
The best way to do this is to defeat the Hydro Tulpa to less than half health then wait for it to start absorbing Half Tulpas. Once it does that, quickly dish out your best attack and defeat it once it gets big. Avoid hitting the Half Tulpas. If done correctly, you can unlock the Unmanifested Sealing Hex achievement.
