To unlock the Up the Bishui hidden achievement, all you have to do is ride up or down Bishui River using the ferry. To find the river, make your way to Yilong Wharf and make your way to the pier on the south side of the map. Once you reach the pier, you will spot several boats you can get up on. Talk to the ferryman on the boat and pick the first option to start your journey. Once you set sail, you will unlock this achievement. This achievement can also be obtained if you travel from Qiaoying Village. Just talk to the ferry man and pick the option to travel to the neighboring village via the river.
