To find the red barrier, make your way to the above location. It can be found deep underwater in Elton Trench. You will soon spot an area blocked by a red barrier. To unlock it you need to solve the Pneumousia Relay puzzle. For it, you need to find the blue Ousia Block and the yellow Pneuma Block and place them inside the respective relays.
The Ousia block can be found on top of a large lily pad-like plant on the right side of the red barrier. Pick it up and bring it to the Pneumousia Relay having a yellow glow. It is the relay on the left side of the entrance. After that, right behind the yellow relay, you can find the Pneuma block. Pick it up and bring it to the blue relay on the right of the entrance. Once you have placed the blocks correctly, the red barrier will unlock. Head inside to open the precious chest and get the rewards.
