Explore the room you are in till you find two Pneumousia Relay of varying energy states. There are three energy states for the Relay, but you have to turn all relays into the Balanced energy status. Look around to find a blue Ousia Block on top of a ladder. Interact with the orb and bring it down. Head over to the Pneumousia Relay that has the yellow glow on it and place the orb inside. In return, you will find another orb near the water’s edge. Pick up the Pneuma Block and walk over to the relay that has a blue glow. Place the Pneuma Block inside to complete the puzzle. The mechanism in the middle can be interacted with now. After that, make your way over to the newly opened passage.
