After you complete the earlier two parts to this World Quest, you can help Mamere for the last time and wrap up the quest. Here we will see how to complete the Blue Longing of Heart and Moon subquest in Genshin Impact 4.0

During the end of the previous subquest, you will be stuck near a wormhole. If you try to escape through it, you will find that the wormhole doesn’t work anymore. To get out here, run towards the nearest water body and dive deep. Follow the marker to Head to the Designated Location. This will lead you to A Very Warm Place, where you will meet Jakob Iniquitous Baptist. Defeat Jakob, but you will be trapped inside a warding.
Wait for a friendly Breacher Primus to destroy the barrier, then defeat the Rifthounds. After the coast is clear, speak to Mamere. At the end of the scene, you will be transported to a different place. Explore the unknown place and use the prisms to resonate with the ores. After the area is cleared of the poison, follow the quest marker up the cliff. You will meet the owner of the voice. At the end of the scene, you will be taken back to Mamere, thus ending the final subquest and the Ancient Colors World Quest.
