The cave can be found west of the Asipattravana Swamps. There is a teleport waypoint in the Realm of Farahked that you can take to the caves. After taking the waypoint, go west a bit to find the cave entrance.
You will have to jump down to find the Burgeoning Spirit puzzle. After dropping down, turn around towards the wall to find a mural. The mural will give you a hint of which order you need to dispel the spirit.
To start, pick up the Farrwick and go to the farthest Burgeoning Spirit that has gray crystals. After that, using Sorush, fly to the topmost spirit and dispel it. Next, go back to the spirit that had the gray crystals earlier and dispel that. Go to the final spirit and complete the puzzle. For your troubles, you will receive an exquisite chest.
