The only way you can get the Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy artifact set is by completing the Faded Theater domain. You can find this new domain in Petrichor, on the northeastern section of the map. There are several levels once you step inside, and each of them will give you varying rewards. If you check the rewards list, you will notice that the Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy is listed there. So the only way you can get this set is to farm it while completing the Faded Theater domain. Of course you don’t have to go here to just farm this artifact set. You can also get the new Unfinished Reverie set by completing the domain as well. Since these are rare drops, you might have to go a couple of times till you can get all 5 pieces of the artifact set.
