The Riftbreaker Auto Save Error 2147483647 Fix
There are a few different types of save errors that users are encountering. While users on Xbox Game Pass get the error 2147483647, other users are getting the access denied when writing save. One of the reasons for the error can be your antivirus, try to disable the antivirus and attempt to save. If the error does not occur, whitelist the game folder in your antivirus software.
If you have OneDrive backup enabled on your system that may be the cause of the error. Disable OneDrive and check if the save error still occurs. Another possible cause is the Controlled Folder Access on Windows, if you have it enabled, it could be preventing the game from writing. Disable the feature and Riftbreaker Auto Save error may not occur.
To disable Controlled Folder Access > Press Windows Key + I > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & Threat Protection > Manage ransomware protection > Turn off controlled folder access.
Games with a lack of permission may not be able to write on your disc. Hence, ensure that you have provided admin permission to the game and the Steam client.
