But the game is filled with bugs from the get go, and players are having a hard time trying to get past the first standoff in the game. A lot of players reported that the character stands still and doesn’t perform any movement while taking a beating from the opponent. You can try the below workarounds till an official fix has been found.

  • Try to set the game in fullscreen under the Display Options section.
  • You can also refresh the frame rate to 60hz under the same tab
  • Turn off the Toggle Button Holds option under the accessibility setting in-game, so you just have to tap the attack button instead of holding down the button as previously instructed
  • Pressing the standoff button too early can also cause your character to stop moving. Wait for the button prompt to appear and then press the respective button to attack
  • Disable the NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency option under the video settings in-game
  • If using controllers, try updating the controller driver and see if it helps
  • You can switch to a mouse if using PC during a standoff if your controller is having issues
  • Restart the game
  • Verify Steam Files
