If you haven’t visited Lamenter’s Gaol before, you can make your way here by heading northwest from Charo’s Hidden Grave. You have to start from Dragon’s Pit, travel southwest to Grand Altar of Dragon Communion, then head west through the fields of red flowers towards Charo’s Hidden Grave. From there, simply head northwest to find Lamenter’s Gaol
Gaol Upper Level Key Location
You need to navigate through the gaol to get to the boss. To do that, from the gaol entrance, follow the path and take the first left, then keep to your left and miss the first locked entrance on your right. Keep going till you spot another right entrance and pick up the Gaol Upper Level Key from the chest inside. Go back to the locked gate and use the key
Gaol Lower Level Key Location
Climb down the ladder and head north, but don’t enter any of the doors on the ground floor. Rather, find a flight of stone stairs on your right leading up. Go up and enter through the door here. The floor will give away, turn left after your fall and keep going past through the door and go up the stairs on your right. Ignore the door on the first flight of stairs and head up the second flight of stairs and go through the door on the right
Keep to your left and keep going till you find a room full of jars. Go down here and keep to your left to find a chest with the Gaol Lower Level Key. Now go back to the entrance and go down the flight of stairs to the door we ignored before. Once through, ignore the door inside and slash at the imaginary wall beside the torch instead. Inside you can use the Lower Level Key and collect some rare loot. Now head back to the staircase and this time go all the way up. Ignore the locked gate and exit out the only open gate around.
Lamenter Boss Location
Jump down the ledge and use the key on the locked gate to fight the Lamenter. After defeating the Lamenter, you will get Lamenter’s Mask. To change into Omen Form, you need to first remove all your armor pieces across all body parts. Then add the Lamenter’s Mask to your hotbar and use it to get Omen Form. This item is reusable, so you can always turn back to your normal form and use Omen Form when you feel like
