To get Bloodfiend’s Arm, you need to defeat the Bloodfiend enemies found all over Prospect Town. This is a random drop from defeating them, so you have to try several times before you can get Bloodfiend’s Arm. It requires high Dexterity, Strength, and Arcane stats to wield it. Once equipped, you can use its bleed ability, which can be further enhanced using a bleed related Ash of War. Some Ashes of War that will go well with the Bloodfiend’s Arm are ones like Rolling Sparks or Shriek of Sorrow
Bloodfiend’s Arm is a Colossal Weapon type that comes with the Endure Ash of War. But since it is not locked, it can be swapped for something better
