When you first enter Jaheira’s Sanctuary during Act 3, you will find Jaheira’s dest close to the entrance. If you investigate the desk, you will find the Pin Slot puzzle. For the puzzle, you need to get the Harp Pin from one of Jaheira’s kids. Head upstairs and find a kid called Tate. Talk to him to get the pin, then go downstairs and use it on the puzzle.
