Let Volo remove the parasite
If you agree to see what happens, Volo will start the operation. During the process, he will greatly damage your eye, making it irreparable. You will have many chances to stop him, but it is recommended to let him finish. To make it up to you, he will give you a special eye for free. This enhanced eye will grant Volo’s Ersatz Eye buff, which helps you see invisible creatures permanently.
Deny Volo
