There are a few ways you can get rid of the Bloodless status effect. The immediate way is to take a long rest and regain your strength this way. Of course, you need to scavenge for more camping supplies to take a long rest, but this is the quickest way to cure you of the debuff. The other ways you can cure yourself is to learn spells like Heal, Feign Death, Lesser Restoration, Heroes Feast, and Lay on Hands. Most of these spells are too advanced to get to level 1. But Paladins will have the Lay on Hands spell early on, so you can use it to get rid of Bloodless.
If you let the Bloodless status effect linger, you will face some problems while playing the game. You will receive a penalty of -1 each time you roll your dice. This will affect your Saving Throws, Ability Checks, and Attack Rolls. So it is best to get rid of it at the earliest.
