Unlocking the Overgrown Valley Underground waypoint is simple. All you have to do is go to the south of Veluriyam Mirage. There is a small lake here where you can spot a Choo Choo cart station on the south side. The easiest way to get here is by taking the Teleport Waypoint in the Silver Bottle Courtyard’s central hub, then gliding towards the Cerulean Choo-Choo Rail. You have to take the Choo Choo cart and navigate the rail track.

There is a small mini game where you have to collect Tracklayer Stones using the Jubilant Wave mechanism on the Choo Choo cart. You can spot three of these stones during your journey. Collect them and place them on the vine branch slots. At the end of the journey, you will find the entrance to the Overgrown Valley. Hop off the cart and make your way up the stairs to activate the waypoint. Once you are here, you can start the Capturing Light and Shadow quest.
