In MW4 DMZ, weapon blueprints enable players to acquire powerful guns with additional attachments, sometimes without having to pay for them. The blueprints can be located in Gunsmith and players can also get free weapons that come from these blueprints. In this guide, we have explained how to find your blueprints, purchase free blueprint weapons, and get additional copies using DMZ cash.
Find Available Weapon Blueprints

If you want to check out your available blueprints, reach DMZ rank 10 to unlock the Gunsmith, then go to the Gunsmith Station at your FOB and select the option to purchase a new weapon. The blueprint symbol will appear next to any weapon that has a blueprint available.

You can get blueprints via preorders, game editions, battle passes, events, and completing challenges. For instance, the Inner Circuit M4 five-attachment legendary blueprint can be claimed for free by players who meet the conditions. Players that have completed certain conditions during the beta may also enjoy the privilege of having the Beta Forged Han 86 blueprint.
Purchase a Free Blueprint Weapon

After finding a blueprint you own, click on it to check its details. If it shows a free build cost, it means you can obtain that weapon without using any DMZ cash. The weapon will automatically go to your stash. Blueprints give you the advantage of owning the weapon with several attachments, without the need for making payments for each attachment slot. For instance, you can use the Inner Circuit M4 blueprint to get five attachments without paying anything.
Purchase Additional Blueprint Copies
After using your free blueprint weapon, you can purchase additional copies through the Gunsmith. However, these copies will cost DMZ cash. The expense involved in creating a weapon with blueprints is lesser than what you would spend to put a weapon together by hand.
For example, to re-create the Inner Circuit M4 blueprint, you will need 88,000 DMZ cash, compared to approximately 150,000 DMZ cash to build the same weapon manually. Exploiting available blueprints may save the player money while allowing them to acquire weapons with multiple attachments.
