This peculiar vendor can be found across the main towns in the game. If you check the map, you will notice a strange purple symbol with a bag or sack icon appearing around the main town area. This is where the Purveyor of Curiosities will be, and you can head over there and check the alleyways to find them. 

The vendor encourages gambling and will accept payment in the form of Murmuring Obols. To make a purchase, interact with the vendor and select the item type that interests you. Each item type will consume certain Murmuring Obols, so you should check how much you own before you can gamble. Now, select the item type, then place your bet. You will receive a random rarity of that item type. If you keep playing, you can get other rarities as well. 

Visiting the Purveyor of Curiosities is great to get Whispering Keys to unlock Silent Chests. You should take a look at the places below to find this vendor.
