You will receive the Witch of the Wastes quest after completing Swamp Hospitality. After talking to Taissa, you will automatically unlock this quest. Below are the steps to complete Witch of the Wastes
- Find Valtha in the Cinder Wastes
Valtha is a character who can be spotted in Cinder Wastes in Hawezar. To get here, head northeast from the Ruined Towers, Dismal Foothills
- Search Valtha’s Hovel for the Purified Quicksilver
Enter the Hovel and look around for the Manifesto and Valta’s Spellbook. Interact with the objects to get to the next part of the quest
- Speak with Valtha
Valtha will appear outside the Hovel. Speak to her to start the battle
- Slay Valtha
Defeat Valtha in battle. She is a level 36 enemy who can summon minions and deal fire damage
- Bring Donan the Purified Quicksilver (Bug Fix)
After defeating Valtha, she will drop the purified quicksilver. Pick it up and head back to Ruined Towers via mount or by walk. Using a teleport waypoint will drop the purified quicksilver, and you would have to go back and defeat Valtha again to retrieve it.
- Place the vial of Purified Quicksilver on the table
Once you reach the Ruined Tower, place the vial on the table to get the last objective
- Speak with Taissa
Talk to Taissa after placing the vial on the table to complete the Witch of the Waste quest.
