You will encounter 5-Torg in the same arena where you defeat 9-Torg. After killing 9-Torg and extracting the DNA, 5-Torg will lower down from the ceiling. You can interact with her to find out more about her predicament, which will also help you decide whether you wish to kill or spare her. She will tell you that she will continue creating crime, but you will be placed as an honorary member of the Torg team. If you wish to not kill her, you can just walk away. There is no other way to bring her down, but she will mention that she is fine dangling up there. If you wish to kill her, you can use Kenny or Knifey to hit her till her health bar gets lowered and she dies.
What are the consequences for killing 5-Torg in High on Life
There are no consequences for killing 5-Torg, nor will anything change in the storyline if you keep her alive. The only added benefit is the additional dialogs you get while you are killing her.
