Switching between Scorestreaks and Killstreaks is a simple enough process. To do this, head over to the Weapons tab first. You can find this tab in the main menu of Modern Warfare 2. Over here, you can take a look at all the streaks you currently own. You can select, switch, and equip any three streaks at one time. On the bottom left side of this screen, you can find the toggle switch. You can use this switch to swap between using the streaks for kills or points. You can also press the right trigger (R2) to switch.
There is currently no possibility to switch or toggle between killstreak and scorestreak while in a match, so it is best to set it up from the main menu before a match.
