The Crucible Knights drop their shields when they’re defeated and these can be added to your arsenal or sold. However, to get them, you need to find and kill these creatures.

Crucible Knights are found deep in the earth once you have access to the hidden city of Nokron Eternal City by defeating the boss called Radahn. The Knights might be difficult to beat at first but you will be able to obtain the Hornshield once they’re down. You can get access to Nokron by travelling to the hole in the ground after killing Radahn and using it to climb down into the secret city.
Travel past the Mimic Tear boss and through the area with the Ancestral Spirits in the northeast. You will find some Jellyfish here who will try to attack you but you can run past them. Keep travelling straight until you reach the cliffside where you can climb onto another one. Go down the cliff until you reach a cave and reach the Siofra Aqueduct dungeon.
There is a Site of Grace here where you can rest and replenish your health in case you were fighting enemies. At the end of the long path, you will find the Crucible Knight who you can defeat to finally get the Crucible Hornshield.
