In ArcheAge Chronicles, housing is associated with the Blue Salt Brotherhood faction. To access this feature, the player needs to visit Seaglass Harbor, apply for the faction membership, and gain a minimum of 1,500 reputation. Since players can earn reputational points via the faction’s mission board every day, it is worthwhile to unlock this feature as soon as possible.
Reach Seaglass Harbor
Upon finishing the tutorial and exiting the Watchtower of Hope, have a talk with Jennifer to trigger the missions in the Pirate Hideout. Finish the missions to reach Seaglass Harbor, the central city.
From there, proceed with your main quest at the Pioneer Assembly Hall. At some point, you’ll be tasked with going to an outpost to look into an event. After finishing this part, go back to Seaglass Harbor and talk to the NPCs from the Blue Salt Brotherhood in order to join the faction.
Unlock the Blue Salt Brotherhood Mission Board
Upon joining the Blue Salt Brotherhood, players can utilize the mission board which can be found just outside the Pioneer Assembly Hall.
In total, there are six mission opportunities available daily which include collecting various materials such as stone, ore, bones, Archium, hide, and berries. Completing these missions allows players to earn their rewards in gold, experience, and reputation with the Blue Salt Brotherhood.
In order to proceed on to the next quests that will allow you to acquire a housing plot in the city, you need to have accumulated at least 1,500 points of reputation with the Blue Salt Brotherhood.
Since the missions are reset by the next day, make sure to take on as many missions as possible after unlocking access to the mission board.
Claim Your Housing Plot
When you reach the required Blue Salt Brotherhood reputation of 1,500, you will be eligible for getting the quest for obtaining a housing plot in Seaglass Harbor. Becoming a member of the Blue Salt Brotherhood gives you access to other activities as well, such as trade runs and the ability to form a guild.
Make sure to complete daily missions for the faction as soon as possible, as getting reputation is one of the key steps towards unlocking housing in ArcheAge Chronicles.
