What Are Holy Weapons?
In Mistfall Hunter, players can acquire Holy Weapons, the most advanced tools in the game. They were mentioned in the roadmap of Bellring Games July 2026, which means that all classes of characters can work with Holy Weapons.
Unlike ordinary weapons, operations with Holy Weapons ensure many benefits not available with usual enhancements. Their unique characteristics allow players to bring new tactics in the game rather than just improve their existing weapons.
How to Get Holy Weapons
Holy Weapons drop from map bosses on Cataclysm difficulty, making them true endgame rewards. Each boss is tied to its own specific Holy Weapon instead of sharing a random loot pool, allowing players to repeatedly farm the encounter that rewards the weapon they want. The Flesh Eater, for example, is confirmed to drop the Holy Hammer.
Players who don’t want to farm bosses can also purchase Holy Weapons through the Auction House using Gylden Blood, since these weapons are tradable.
The First Confirmed Holy Weapon
So far, the only Holy Weapon that has been revealed is a hammer thrown away by the Flesh Eater.
Once its attack is charged completely, it causes an explosion, which deals damage, slows down nearby enemies, and reduces their dodge radius. Rather than just stacking damage boost, the Holy Weapon integrates crowd control elements into the attack that offer better opportunities for hammer users to apply follow-up hits and assist their allies in big battles.
Holy Weapon Prices
Holy Weapon prices are expected to be highest at the beginning of a season when only a small number of players can clear Cataclysm bosses. As more players obtain these weapons, supply increases and market prices gradually become lower.
Do You Need One?
Holy Weapons provide the players with various effects and advantages, but they are not necessary for completion. The players’ skills and their understanding of the class-based mechanics of the game are still important, even for players who do not use Holy Weapons.
