The Light Rifle Mag can be found somewhere within the Chalk Peak area. Once you reach this place, your first POI will be Tall Grass Inn. Make your way over there and you can also find the Believer Colony beside it. Between these two landmarks, west of Tall Grass Inn and east of Believer Colony, is a camera mounted here. Interact with the camera and you have to solve a mini game.
After interacting with the camera, you will find a doppelganger appearing before you. The doppelganger will do an emote, and all you have to do is repeat the same emote. You can find all your emote options under Inventory > Gear > Expression. Match the emote with the doppelganger to get the Light Rifle Mag as a reward
