The entrance to the Holy Ruins dungeon might be a bit obscured, since there is a large waterfall blocking your way. But the entrance to the dungeon is actually pretty easy to locate. All you have to do is enter the base of the waterfall from the side. Once you reach the stream that connects to the waterfall, keep to the right hand side and swim a bit till you reach the base
Once you reach the base of the waterfall, you will spot a small path on the right side leading behind the waterfall. Walk up that path and you are now inside the Holy Ruins dungeon. You just have to locate the entrance through the back of the waterfalls to get inside. Once inside, you will meet several new enemies and new puzzles to solve, so you have to be prepared to take them on
