To reach the Statue of the Crownless: Heart, you need to have access to the Norfall Barrens area. This is a late game area that gets unlocked after completing Chapter 1. So that requires you to follow through the main story quests all the way up to the end. The last quest that you need to complete is the Rewinding Raindrops quest. Besides reaching the end game area, you also need to reach 20 Union Level. This is a lot of leveling up to do if you haven’t reached this point yet
Next, you also need to complete SOL 3 Phase Ascension Phase 1. This is a unique quest that you can access after reaching certain Union Levels. The first of the special quest is Phase 1, so you have to complete it once you reach union level 20. After you meet all the prerequisites, make your way to the elevator at the end of Rewinding Raindrops. This will take you to the basement, where you will encounter the boss Statue of the Cronless: Heart. Defeating this boss will drop the Echo Dreamless, which, when used, gives massive amount of Havoc DMG
