To get shadow, you need to craft it in your cauldron. But before that you need to unlock the recipe for the Shadow Extraction alchemical ritual. This will help you craft Shadow, but you won’t get this recipe until you have completed several runs in Erebus. Keep defeating Hecate till she asks for your help in saving Olympus. In the process you will get the above mentioned recipe, as well as the recipe for Permeation of Witching Wards.
Once you have the recipe, make your way to your cauldron and head over to the Alchemy menu. You will require 30 Ashes, 30 Psyche, and 3 Fate Fabric to perform the Shadow Extraction. You have to wait 12 encounters before you can collect it. You can get these materials by completing Encounters or purchase them from the Wretched Broker. With the Shadow in hand, you can craft the Permeation of Witching Wards if you have Cinder and Moly as well
