You can find this luxurious chest on the north side of Alta Semita. You can get here by traveling from the northern teleport waypoint and heading south. You will come across a bunch of Wonderchime Flowers and the locked chest beside them. To solve the puzzle, there are three Allochromatic Anemones nearby, one right opposite the Wonderchime Flowers with two blue Washer Octopus near it, and the other Allochromatic Anemones are on the platforms above.
You will find a large oyster beside one of the flowers, open it to find a hidden Washer Octopus. After releasing it, make your way to the anemone beside it to find some enemies surrounding it. Defeat it and guide the next Washer Octopus located a bit further away towards the anemone. Now, go down to the bottom anemone and rotate the flower so it is looking to its left side. You can rotate it using the Symphony Ability
Now all Allochromatic Anemones are activated, the chest will be unlocked and you can get some rare treasures within.
