There are a few ways you can reach hard to get to ladders. If you spot a ladder that is unreachable or have a pawn that mentions that they spot a ladder nearby, you have to use skills that will help hoist you or a pawn up. Skills like Levitate or Springboard will help you reach the top of the ladder. But if you are unable to get to the top through this, then you can get a hold of a flying beast and jump towards the top of the ladder. But that can take a few tries, so it is best to use Mage or Fighter skills for this. You can use the help of a pawn who can use Springboard Fighter skill to hoist yourself up there, or use the skill yourself and toss a pawn. You can also use the Mage’s Levitate skill to reach there too
Most of the time, ladders that are hard to reach will be reachable at a later time. They will act as shortcuts to certain locations, so you don’t have to worry about reaching the ladder at this point of the game. Just follow the quests and you will soon reach the location that you were previously trying to get to.
