After you have started playing on medium difficulty and above, you will run into Hulk encounters. There are a few different Hulk types, and each get relatively more difficult to beat
How to Beat Hulk Bruiser in Helldivers 2
These Hulk bot variants will attack using their long range assault rifles. They use their arms as weapons, so your first line of attack is to shoot their limbs off. Any armor piercing weapon can help you deal with this. After that, get behind them since that is where their weak spot is, then shoot the vent at their backside. They will eventually overheat and explode. You can also use grenade launchers, autocannon, or any Stratagem if the fight gets too tough to beat
How to Beat Hulk Obliterator in Helldivers 2
These Hulks will walk around with rocket launchers for arms. It is best to use Stratagems here like the Orbital Laser. You can also use Spear or Rail Cannon aim for the arms to render them useless. Then go for the vents at the back to defeat them. Otherwise just use any high level Stratagem to spare you from the efforts of killing them
How to Beat Hulk Scorcher in Helldivers 2
This is the toughest Hulk encounter you will face, as their weapons have excellent homing trackers to target you around. Since you cannot evade the Hunk Scorcher or get close to it to attack, use Stratagems to kill it. The Orbital Railcannon Strike or the Eagle 500KG Bomb are the best to be used here
