To locate Succubus, they are mainly spotted near the mountain path that leads up to Dragonsbreath Tower. Besides this, you can also find them in Agamen Volcanic Island, just north and west of the Volcanic Island Camp. You will reach this location after crossing through Battahl region. Succubus resemble blue Harpie creatures, and you can get Spurious Wing after defeating them. But these creatures are airborne enemies, so you will need ranged attacks or pawns that offer magic or ranged skills to fight them. 

If you are still having a hard time trying to farm Spurious Wing, then try to get the Forager skill for your pawn. That way they can pinpoint where items are located on the map. It will save you a lot of time in scavenging for resources. You can also check out if any vendors are selling Spurious Wing. Mostly traveling merchants would have rare items such as Spurious Wing for sale, so if you find them check out their shop to check it out.
