To find Eini’s home, make your way to Borderwatch Outpost and head northwest. Keep following the path north of Moonglow Garden to find the home. It is best to go here during the day for easy navigation. You can also reach her home if you travel southwest from The Mountain’s Secret. There is a small path that stops at a dead end, and right on that path is Eini’s House.

You would have to revisit this place a few times during your journey. This is also the place where you can find Trysha to start the quest Spellbound. You have to wait for Eini, her grandmother, to leave the house first before you can pick up the quest. For the quest you need to locate a few Grimoires, and once you do that you can hand over the original grimoires to her and complete the quest
