Genshin Impact Version 3.3 Trailer is out and this Version will be called All Senses Clear, All Existence Void after Scaramouche or the Balladeer’s fate after the events of the Sumeru Archon Quest Chapter that ended in Version 3.2. Other than that, the main limited-time event in this upcoming version is a test-of-courage event festival in Inazuma which is undoubtedly new and holds lots of potentials. Watch the official trailer below:

Brief Overview of Version 3.3 in Genshin Impact

Genshin Impact Version 3.3 will focus on Scaramouche’s fate after his downfall in the final Act V of the Sumeru Archon Quest chapter. The trailer shows us Dottore’s involvement and orders from the Jester- either hinting at how Scaramouche came to be within the Fatui ranks or his future after his fall as a “god”. Both Jester and Dottore are the top 2 ranks in the Fatui Hsrbingers so the trailer hints that something sinister is afoot.

As for the main event in Version 3.3, Inazuma’s Akitsu Kimodameshi is a test-of-courage event set in the Chinju Forest region on Narukami Island. We see Arataki Itto and Yoimiya as part of the quest while Ayato’s voice warns us of its dangers in the background. One of the parts of this event is a brick-breaker game involving elements and elemental reactions- which can even be done in co-op as we see two players consecutively hitting back the balls.

As for the event banners, in the first half, we’ll have the Wanderer and Itto’s banners running side by side. In the second half of Version 3.3, we’ll have Raiden Shogun and Ayato’s rerun banners. Faruzan will thankfully be placed in the Wanderer’s banner as a shared new 4-star character.

Other events announced include reruns like Mystic Dungeon, Windtrace and even a Ley Line Overflow. Other new events in the next patch are Across the Wilderness and Battlefield of Cats, Dice and Cards. The latter is the much-awaited introduction of the new permanent TCG mode in Genshin Impact.

We also have announcements of two new weapons– one being the Wanderer’s signature weapon and another free 4-star event sword from the Akitsu Kimodameshi event. That’s not all, we’re also finally getting our second artifact domain in Sumeru with 2 new artifact sets- one for Anemo DPS characters like the Wanderer or Xiao and the other for Bloom-based teams in the current meta.

So are you excited about the new update? Genshin Impact Version 3.3 drops on the 7th of December, 2022 so we still have some time to prepare. Players who want to pull for the Wanderer or Faruzan better get started on farming for their materials. Since the TCG is finally coming, it’s also about time we brush up our poker faces and get ready for the new challenges.
