It is a free, public board that players can visit anytime by clicking the Trello Board link. To avoid finding the link repeatedly to visit the Trello Board, you can save the page or bookmark it on your browser, so you can check it whenever you want.
Though you can get almost every update and patch note there, it is most useful to see whether the bugs and errors are fixed. Warzone 2.0 has already shown several bugs and errors that must be fixed. Visiting the Trello Board will help you know whether they are fixed.
