These boxes spawn at random locations, and not necessarily, you can find two boxes in a single building or two nearby buildings. You may have to travel some distance to get two Packages.
These packages look like medium gift boxes and generally can be found at random locations. So, you have to check all the buildings around Hadif Port to find two boxes. It is better if you have your teammates with you. Otherwise, it will take a long time for a single person to go through all the buildings and offices. However, one thing you can do is that, if you don’t find the second box during the match, find the nearest Exfil point and extract the Contraband package you get. Then, you can come back in the next match to find the second one to complete the quest. You don’t have to complete the quest in a single match. Don’t forget to extract the package, or you will lose it.
