During Operation Nightmare, you can locate The Butcher in either Vondead or Al Mazrah. You have to find the boss and defeat it in Warzone 2 or DMZ to unlock The Butcher’s Meat Hook. To load The Butcher’s Meat Hook in Diablo 4, you need to first link your battle.net account to your Activision Account.
